Later Life community exercise programme

The Camden Later Life physical activity programme  is for people over 55, but caters for people who need more support. It is now delivered directly by Better.

Payment for the Later Life classes is through vouchers (£3/session), which you can buy at all the Better leisure centre receptions in Camden.

To buy the vouchers you need to take out a “Pay and Play" membership which costs £5.40 for Camden residents.

Participants with pre-paid memberships do not need to purchase vouchers, as the classes are included within your membership.
